By downloading, installing, or using Trident (the “Software”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
No warranty
The Software is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will work correctly, be uninterrupted, be secure, be error-free, or be available at any particular time — or at all.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eastechs, LLC and the people behind it will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Software. This includes, without limitation, lost data, lost or incorrect output, business interruption, and any fees or charges you incur through the third-party AI providers you connect. You use the Software entirely at your own risk, and you agree to indemnify and hold Eastechs, LLC harmless from any claim arising out of your use of it.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your own API keys and for any charges your AI providers bill you, for the content you create or generate with the Software, and for using the Software in compliance with the terms of any third-party provider you connect and with all applicable laws.
Price and availability
Trident is currently offered free of charge. We may begin charging for the Software, or for individual features, at any time in the future, and we may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of it without notice.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. If you keep using the Software after we do, you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Software or these terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, U.S.A., and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
